| If ever a name perfectly fit a personality it would be: Happy Power. Enthusiastic and energetic, that's Happy. It says a lot that Happy's clients soon become good friends. Her warm, easy-going style belies the fact that she's rapidly become one of the Vail Valley's real estate pros. Happy's knack for quickly understanding a client's needs and filtering through the best property possibilities will make your home buying experience feel like you've been working with a life-long friend.
Happy is from Middletown, Ohio, and has also lived in Kentucky, Virginia, California and twice in Colorado. She owned her own Travel Agency and has enjoyed traveling around the world.
Happy and her husband JP decided to step out of corporate life in the early 1990's and make the Vail Valley their full time home. JP is the Director of Human Resources and Risk for the Town of Vail and Happy has been with Slifer Smith & Frampton since 1999. She was a Director on the Vail Board of Realtors and has earned both GRI and CRS professional certifications. She also volunteers for the Alpine Gardens and the Vail Valley Medical Center.
Happy shares the same passion for skiing, hiking, biking, golf and jeeping that so many of our full and part time residents enjoy. She and JP oversee a household that they share with their dog, Lucy. They are the proud parents of 2 wonderful sons with 2 fabulous daughter-in -laws, 4 adorable grandsons and 1 beautiful granddaughter.
