| Kim moved to Lakewood, Colorado when she was in High School from Southern California and went on to attend Ft. Lewis College in Durango. After graduating from FLC, Kim interned with Walt DisneyWorld. From 1998-2000 Kim worked for Ty, Inc. during the Beanie Baby craze and acquired invaluable training in the art of mass marketing and public relations. In March of 2000, Colorado was calling, and Kim was fortunate to be hired by Slifer Smith & Frampton as the Asst. to the V.P. Over the years, she has stayed with SSF in differnt roles such as their Public Relations Director and for four years she was assistant to one of the country’s Top Realtors, Kathy Iverson. Now, representing SSF as one of their experts in the down valley market, Kim enjoys sharing with buyers and sellers her vast real estate and marketing knowledge. Kim has also become extensively experienced in short sales and foreclosures, representing both buyers and sellers. Her children, Garrett (11)attends Vail Academy & Kaya (9) attends Brush Creek Elementary School. The family enjoys keeping active with hockey, skiing, biking and going to the myriad of great events hosted throughout the Valley. 2011 was a year of accomplishments for Kim with the completion of five half marathons and the honor of Top Producer for the Eagle Ranch Office.
