| DIANA HAS LIVED ALL OVER THE WORLD MAINLY IN MOUNTAIN REGIONS. She was educated in the UK and Switzerland, graduating from Durham University with a degree in Zoology with Genetics. Most of her teen years were spent racing with the British Ski Team in many different ski areas in the Alps. Moving to Vail in 1980,she worked in the ski school as instructor, race coach and trainer. She began selling real estate in 1982 alongside teaching skiing and tennis. In 1988 she joined Vail Associates Real Estate, now Slifer Smith & Frampton/Vail Associates Real Estate. Her experience in International Marketing for Vail, giving presentations in South America and Europe, resulted in attracting an extensive foreign clientele. Being conversant in three foreign languages, she headed the translators and ambassadors for the 1989 World Ski Championships and worked again for the 1999 World Championships. She enjoys skiing, tennis, biking and hiking in her leisure hours. Sundays during ski season are spent skiing with the Special Olympic athletes who are always teaching her more about loving life. And for a short period during ski season she can be found ski teaching again on the mountain. She is currently a Director of the Vail Board of Realtors. Her free time is spent either in Honduras working at the Emilia D'Cuire Special Needs School for Children in La Ceiba or raising funds locally to support the children, teachers and school.
