Four Seasons Closes Final Private Residences

VAIL, Colo.—March 14, 2016—Jim Flaum, president and managing broker of Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate, in Vail, Colorado, announced today that the last of the Four Seasons Private Residences sold on March 4, 2016. The development project originally launched with 16 exclusive luxury residences located within the resort.

“We have been involved in this project from the ground up,” Flaum said. “It’s exciting to see the Residences filled with families that will be able to enjoy all that Vail has to offer year round.”

The closing of the last residence brings the total sales volume for the entire project to $192,590,000. Of that total, the team at Slifer Smith and Frampton accounted for 80 percent of these sales, valued at $154 million.

Though no whole ownership opportunities at the resort remain, there is still an opportunity to call the Four Seasons home. Four Seasons Residence Club fractions are limited in inventory but offer an opportunity to dip a toe into the Vail luxury market at a fraction of the price.

“I attribute the fact there are no whole ownership resales available at this time to happy owners,” said Dana Gumber, the lead agent on the project.

Gumber has worked with the developers since the inception of the project. As a part of the Slifer Smith & Frampton team, Gumber impeccably represented the project with expertise and due diligence. SSF is known for its long history of successful sales and marketing of development projects throughout the Vail Valley and Four Seasons Vail is no exception.

Four Seasons Vail has hit its stride in recent years with high occupancy rates and an atmosphere that is true to the Vail spirit, attracting both locals and visitors alike.

“Four Seasons Vail offers a level of amenities and service that is incomparable in the valley. Once here, it’s hard to go anywhere else,” Gumber said.
