Top 5 Things To Do | March-April 2016

Live Local, Give Local has become so much more than a motto for our Slifer Smith & Frampton Foundation. A fundamental part of what makes Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate (SSFRE) special, is our community involvement and charitable giving. Whether, monetarily or with our time, brokers and staff of SSFRE have been giving back since the early days of Vail and continue to make a difference. This year, SSFRE brokers and staff went into their own pockets to raise $25,000 to be used towards matching dollars for our March Matchness program. Beginning March 5th, The Slifer Smith and Frampton Foundation matched dollar for dollar donations, up to $25,000. This means, with the community’s support, The Slifer Smith & Frampton Foundation was able to give twice as much! We are excited to announce that within 12 days, an additional $50,000 was given to Eagle County organizations to support their work in the betterment of our local community. We are proud to say that this $50,000 was raised and donated on top of what The SSF Foundation already gives in their annual grant process. This success could not have been made possible without the amazing Brokers and Staff of Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate as well as our local community, and for that, we thank you!

Each year we give back to over 100 local charities that focus on the environment, local families, education and need-based giving. Our goal with this program was to have an even bigger impact and continue to make the Vail Valley the best place to call home. Once again, we were thrilled with the overwhelming generosity of community members and are sincerely honored to be helping out some amazing local charities. Even though our matching program is complete, please consider making a donation to your favorite charity through the SSF Foundation.
