The Slifer Smith & Frampton (SSF) team just got a bit bigger. Three new broker associates, Tanisha Bartlett, Rene Blanchette and Adam Bleesz, join SSF with a cumulative 40 years of experience in the Vail Valley and beyond.
“Actively finding and developing our brokers is fundamental for us,” said John Pfeiffer, SSF president and manager of broker development. “It is not just about years of experience or local knowledge, but who can deliver the best service to our clients. We see that dedication to service in each of these new brokers.”
Bartlett will be adding to the Eagle office as a long-time member of the Valley, coupling real estate know-how with the insider’s understanding of a sixth-generation Eagle County resident. Blanchette has completed more than 500 real estate transactions since 1999; she’s joining the Solaris at Vail office, bringing with her a familiarity of the valley. Lastly, Bleesz, who will be joining the Westin office, has history with luxury portfolios in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley in Arizona as well as Steamboat Springs.
The brokers join the no. 1 real estate company in the Vail Valley and Summit County established in 1962. Now led by John Pfeiffer, SSF facilitated $202 million in transactions in 2016 and are on pace to achieve those numbers in 2017. Among the listed inventory in Eagle County, Slifer Smith & Frampton is involved in 558 listings, including the iconic Nottingham Ranch, which is listed at $100 million.
Slifer Smith & Frampton has 19 offices in Eagle County and four offices in Summit County.
