The New LionsHead will feature several real estate
opportunities from condominium and penthouse residences to single-family
residences in premier locations of LionsHead. Seventy-nine condominium
and penthouse residences in a prime village center location,
will provide owners quick access to the slopes of Vail Mountain
and the new amenities of LionsHead. Gore Creek Place will feature
16 residences along the northern banks of Gore Creek. The residences
range in size from aproximately 3,500 to 4,500 square feet.The
village-side location is perfect and just a short walk to the
Gondola. Construction is slated for completion in late fall 2006 and the project is sold out. Finally, Forest Place, a small enclave
