Chelsea is one of the few Colorado natives. Born in Glenwood Springs, Chelsea spent her first year in a home her father built in Eagle, CO. Spending her whole life surrounded by the housing market and real estate, Chelsea’s father worked as a general contractor, building custom homes. When the housing market turned south in 1985, Chelsea and her family moved to Hunterdon County, New Jersey to be closer to family and live in a community where real estate was still booming.
Growing up a Jersey Girl, but a mountain girl at heart, Chelsea and her family were weekend warriors, driving to Vermont and Maine nearly every weekend to ski. Chelsea was on skis as soon as she was old enough to stand.
Shortly after college, the mountains beckoned and Chelsea and her then boyfriend, Jordan, packed up the car and headed west to grow roots in Vail, Colorado.
Almost ten years, a dog, two properties and a marriage later, Chelsea and Jordan are still living in and loving the Vail Valley. Chelsea moved here for the winters and stayed for the summers- with so much to do in the Vail Valley, sometimes the hardest choice is what to do on a day off!
