Tina Vardaman is deeply rooted in the Vail Valley community, having earned a well-deserved reputation as a highly committed, results-oriented professional who does her job with a great sense of integrity. Her enthusiasm, dedication, relationship-building skills, and high standards of customer service have produced outstanding results time and time again.
Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Tina graduated from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. Her interest in skiing first brought her to the Vail Valley in 1993, beginning a professional career and 23 years of service to the community with a stellar twelve-year career with the Vail Valley Foundation, the valley’s largest non-profit organization.
As Vice President of Development, she was responsible for raising annual financial support for the Foundation’s numerous athletic, cultural, and educational endeavors, including both the 1999 and 2015 World Alpine Ski Championships, as well as a substantial capital campaign for the remodel of the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater in Vail.
Tina’s experience in real estate, coupled with a skill set derived from her career in fundraising and management of diverse projects, most certainly influences her approach to working with clients. Her goal is to guide her clients every step of the way, enabling them to better understand the attributes of different neighborhoods and properties, while also providing insight into current local market conditions. Most importantly, Tina has a passion for both our community and our mountain lifestyle, along with an ability to connect her clients to all of the things that make the Vail Valley so special and unique.
In her free time, Tina enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and trail running. She loves to take advantage of the many cultural and athletic opportunities the Valley has to offer, as well as volunteering for non-profit organizations throughout the Vail Valley. Tina lives in Wildridge with her husband Steve and their twin daughters, Lauren and Sophie.
