About Happy
Happy Power wants all of her clients, whether primary residents or second homeowners, to feel truly at home in our ‘Happy Valley’. Ever enthusiastic and impossibly energetic, the small town Ohio native who has called the Vail Valley home since 1995 is known for her warm, friendly manner with clients, the broker on the other side of the transaction, and all the service providers it takes to list a home and successfully close a transaction.
Prior to moving to the Valley, Happy resided in Kentucky, Virginia, and California, and traveled the World as owner of a travel agency. This global perspective and small business acumen are perfectly matched with her credibility and personable nature. With GRI and CRS certifications, and having served as a Director on the Vail Board of Realtors, Happy is well qualified to sell real estate in Eagle County, Colorado, home of internationally renowned ski resorts Vail and Beaver Creek. However, she also has an acute understanding of the nuances of her local real estate market, enabling her to successfully match relevant aspects of the unique Vail lifestyle with her Buyers’ short-and long-term needs. And with over 20 years’ experience in the industry, she is adept at marketing her listings and effectively negotiates with all parties involved with getting her Sellers’ homes closed.
As a result, she has consistently been a top producer in this relationship-driven business throughout the past 20 years, and in 2020 ranked 12th in our MLS of nearly 700 brokers, 6th in our Company of 130 brokers, and 1st in our firm’s flagship Vail Village office of nearly 30 seasoned brokers.
Happy lives in one of the Valley’s most popular neighborhoods, Singletree, with her husband J.P. and lab mix Chico. She hikes daily, skis in the winter, golfs in the summer, and is active in a Colorado Jeeping club! One of her sons and his family live close-by in Denver, while her Dallas son and his family have a second home just down the street from her!
About Lisa
Born and raised in McLean, Virginia, and a graduate of Tulane University, Lisa Griffith has always followed her love of community and the outdoors. After eleven years in Atlanta, she and her husband Chris headed west, spending time in Boulder while sneaking away to the Vail Valley every chance they could. The mountains quickly felt like home. In 2016, they made the leap—moving to Edwards full time with their son Finn. What started as a move for the mountain lifestyle soon became something deeper. “I love living in a smaller community where familiar faces are everywhere and people truly take the time to connect.”
Before launching her real estate career, Lisa spent 25 years working in corporate legal departments, honing her skills in negotiation, complex contracts, and strategic problem-solving. Her experience spans organizations such as Vail Health Hospital, The Coca-Cola Company, and Turner Broadcasting System (now Warner Bros). This depth of transactional knowledge sets her apart in the luxury real estate space, giving clients confidence that their interests are represented with both professionalism and care.
Her outstanding performance earned her the coveted Rising Star Award in 2024, and in 2025 she was appointed Branch Manager of Slifer’s luxury boutique office at the Four Seasons in Vail.
“Real estate is the perfect blend of my business background and my passion for helping others,” she says. “Being part of Slifer feels like being part of Vail Valley’s story—honoring the legacy of the past while helping shape its future.”
