After traveling throughout Africa, India, the Middle East, Europe, and Central America for 5 years, Janice Ciampa-Bauer, a native of Boston, arrived in Vail with dirt streets in 1976 and never left. Watching a sleepy ski town grow to its present stature, she was one of the early Real Estate pioneers in the area, actively selling Real Estate since 1978. 

Her linguistic skills in French,  Spanish and very poor German, help with her many international clientele. Throughout her long Vail Real Estate career, Janice has achieved many honors and consistently ranks among the top producers within the Slifer team as well as at the top of the entire Vail Board of Realtors 700+ brokers, top 5% of all brokers in the Vail Valley and Top 1.5% of all brokers nationwide. She is a CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert), a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) and a VAIL PRO. 

Although she enjoys a wealth of repeat business and customer referrals, Janice has developed her niche as one of Vail's top producing Brokers -having sold a quarter billion dollars of Real Estate in the last dozen or so years. She works tirelessly to help her friends and clients achieve their real estate dreams.

Janice lives in Lake Creek with her family and German Shepherds.
