Eric’s success stems from the unique, personal approach he brings to each relationship, intentionally taking the time to understand his clients’ goals to ensure they feel comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire real estate experience. He is known for his creativity, attention to detail and professional approach. Within Slifer Smith & Frampton, Eric has consistently been recognized for his performance—ranking #11 in 2024, #13 in 2023, and #15 in 2022. He is a member of the Frontgate | Avon development sales team and was an integral member of the Riverfront Village sales team from 2018 to 2024. With a previous career in strategic marketing, Eric also brings a deep knowledge of both digital and print media, allowing him to craft compelling campaigns for the team’s listings, helping properties to stand out in today’s competitive marketplace. Originally from Cape Cod, MA, Eric moved to the Vail Valley 27 years ago.
