Known for her warmth, hospitality, and easy-going personality, Patty has spent nearly three decades building meaningful connections across the community — and now she’s bringing that same passion for people and service to real estate.

Originally from Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Patty moved to Eagle County in 1996 for what was meant to be just one season in the mountains. That season quickly became a lifelong love for Colorado’s lifestyle and tight-knit community. Her career began at Pazzo’s in Avon and grew to include leadership roles at local favorites such as Luigi’s, the Dusty Boot in Eagle, and the Boneyard — experiences that shaped her commitment to exceptional customer care and genuine connection.

Patty raised her two children, Lilly and Jackson, here in the Vail Valley — and now that they’re grown and building lives of their own, she’s even more grateful for the community that helped shape them. Today, she channels that same energy into helping clients navigate the Vail Valley real estate market with honesty, diligence, and heart. She brings decades of local knowledge, a straightforward approach, and an unwavering dedication to the people she serves.

When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find Patty spending time outdoors with her husband, Shane, or enjoying camping trips with their rescue pups.
