About Crissy

I have concentrated on building my Real Estate business over the past 24 years in one of the most beautiful resort areas in the world. Before settling in the Vail Valley in 1991, I was fortunate to live in many wonderful places; Nashville, Tennessee, Independence, Kansas, Tulsa, Oklahoma, Los Angeles, California, and Rome, Italy. While attending Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, an internship at Warner Brothers Music jump-started my career in the music and film industries in Nashville and Los Angeles. I thoroughly enjoyed my work in the Arts, but my love of the Rocky Mountains lured me back to Colorado where I fulfilled the stereotype of meeting my future husband on the slopes.

My clients tell me that my most valuable skill is the ability to truly LISTEN. For Buyer’s, that means combining their most essential wants and needs with what I learn throughout the showing process to create the perfect match. I assist my Sellers by providing the most relevant technology and marketing and guiding them towards staging that will allow Buyers to feel instantly at home when they walk in the door!

My passion for Real Estate and protection of personal property rights of all Americans have resulted in numerous volunteer Board and Committee positions over the past 10 years on the local, state and national level. The experience I've gained through attending conferences with 15,000+ Realtor members, has given me global perspective as well as contacts in every corner of the world. In 2018, I was appointed as Chair of the Vail Board of Realtors (VBR) and I was proud to represent 650+ local Realtors and Affiliates. In 2019, I received an appointment to the Leading Edge Advisory Board of the National Association of Realtors and in 2022, I look forward to supporting over 1.5 Million Realtor Members as an appointed member of the the Diversity Committee for The National Association of Realtors. I am also a current and founding member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee for our parent company, East West Partners. The appointments to committees that involve diversity allow me to share my voice and proud Native American heritage as a card-carrying tribal member of the Citizen Band Potawatomi Tribe of Shawnee Oklahoma.

Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate has been my Broker ‘home’ for 19 years, and in 2021, I was honored to be named as Branch Broker for the Lionshead office, where I am surrounded by the most incredible, inspiring Brokers, staff and clients.
