Consistently recognized as one of Vail’s top producers in the high-end market, Donna is well-known for her passionate drive to connect amazing people with extraordinary homes. Donna has represented two single-family home sales at the $23,000,000 price point, and one sale at $30,500,000, all representing record sales in Vail’s history. She consistently produces record prices and prices per square foot for her sellers due to her ability to educate buyers and brokers about rare and one-of-a-kind locations. Her focus is consistently on quality rather than quantity.

Donna is Passionate.

She has an ambition to be part of Vail's history. She lives, eats and breathes the Vail lifestyle and she wants to share the experience with others. Although she is a native Coloradoan, always having a home in Denver, she traveled extensively growing up which is ultimately what brought her back to the mountains and to a career involving homes. During her travels, and her time away from Colorado, she longed for the crisp blue skies, fresh air, stunning change of seasons and active lifestyle. Additionally, being away from home so often helped her to understand the meaning of a home whether it be a full-time or part-time home, these spaces are critically important to a life well lived.

Donna is Unique.

She strives to think outside the box, and to be better than the rest. She wants to offer her clients an experience that no other broker will offer. She always has her eyes and ears open to the market in order to provide her clients with the most up to date information. This isn't information you receive on the internet, this is information you receive from a broker who listens, participates, and who knows what is happening within her area of expertise on a daily basis.

She is a strategic thinker and a thoughtful listener who knows exactly how to showcase the best features of a home to create a distinct WOW! factor. Her background and education in design gives her a unique eye for staging and prepping homes to bring to market. Her comprehensive marketing strategy reaches brokers, agents and most importantly, buyers through a blend of local, national and international websites, print media, social media, special events, community engagement, professional marketing collateral, and more.

Donna is respected in the community and has worked in partnership with many of Vail's top brokers.

Donna's experience is broad.

She has worked in real estate in Vail for 35 years, not only in sales and property management, but as the Vice President of two boutique real estate firms. 13 years ago, she found her permanent home with Slifer Smith and Frampton. In Donna's words, this company offers something very special that other companies in Vail do not have, which is 60 years of caring for this community and 60 years of client relationships. Donna's Family.

Donna and her husband Bill live in Edwards. Bill works in the high-end Audio/Visual business. Their careers complement each other as he also works with many of the homes Donna sells. Their two sons, who were born and raised in Vail, are both living in New York. Chase (28) studied Information Technology at Rochester Institute of Technology and currently works as a software engineer for Visual DX, a medical imaging firm.  Cole (26) obtained his B.S. and Master's Degrees in Mechanical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He completed the Edison Engineering program with GE Global Research and is now a Research Engineer focusing on cutting edge research with jet engine controls.
