Valentine’s Day Ideas

Many of us may not be dining out this year with our special someone but here are some different ways to celebrate the day of love in the Vail Valley.

Sleigh Ride Dinners at 4 Eagle Ranch

Crisp mountain air, star-lit skies, and a horse-drawn sleigh all await you at 4 Eagle Ranch. When you first arrive, you may choose to enjoy a warm drink and a bowl of chili before snuggling under cozy blankets for an unforgettable sleigh ride beneath wide open, star-lit skies. When you return, an authentic ranch dinner will be waiting for you with some of the finest cooking this side of the Continental Divide. Throughout the evening, an entertainer will serenade you with well-known songs beside our open-hearth fire or potbelly stove. An outdoor campfire will entice you to create a s’more or two before it’s time to leave. Dress is casual, but make sure you dress warmly. Click on the image to reserve!

Fill and Refill

These offerings by our local sustainable store, Fill and Refill, are a fun way to send some love this Valentine’s Day. Click on the image to learn more and purchase a smile for someone this year.

Or check out new restaurant with reservations or take out

Slope Room, an alpine bistro focused on the connection with Rocky Mountain farmers and ranchers. Pasture-raised, sustainable proteins and locally sourced produce is the star at this sophisticated yet cozy restaurant and bar that pays homage to the sexy and dangerous allure of the Old West with a decidedly modern twist on the traditional new American and steakhouse menu.
