Julie's story reads like so many of the residents of the Vail Valley. She came to Vail for 2 weeks and stayed for 6 years. That was the first time! She returned to Vail in 2003 and doesn't have any plans to leave. How can you not fall in love with this beautiful valley and the lifestyle that it offers? Born and raised on a North Dakota farm, the love of the country has never left her. After graduating from North Dakota State University, Julie moved to Denver. She owned a business in the Health Care Industry for 11 years before moving back to the Vail Valley.
With continuing education an important priority, Julie holds some of the most important Real Estate designations and certifications this industry offers:

Julie’s love of the outdoors keeps her busy skiing, hiking, biking, snowshoeing and playing golf. Her yellow lab, Harley, makes sure that she spends lots of time in the back country. She accomplished one of her “life goals” by summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania.
