In 1993, Harry Frampton recruited Mitch from North Carolina to help East West Partners with the sale of Beaver Creek's prestigious McCoy Peak Lodge.
Upon completing a highly successful sale for East West, Mitch moved into a general brokerage role with Slifer Smith & Frampton. Mitch has consistently earned performance and production awards with Slifer Smith & Frampton, including Rookie of the Year in 1995, back to back Eagle awards in 1998 and 1999, and again in 2007. Additionally, in 2007, Mitch was ranked among the Top 200 Realtors in the United States for a cumulative dollar volume of sales. Mitch is an expert on premier, vacation and second home properties and he also works extensively with primary residents in the Vail Valley.
Mitch grew up in North Carolina and is a former golf touring professional. He is a proud graduate of the University of North Carolina, as is his wife LeAnne. Mitch and LeAnne make their home in Singletree with their daughter, Jordan, son, Tyler and their rescue dog Charlie.
Family, church, golf, snowboarding, hiking, hunting, fishing and the outdoors are among Mitch's many personal interests. He has served as a volunteer for numerous non-profits in the Vail Valley and as a trustee for Trinity Church. Additionally, Mitch partnered with a friend to teach a leadership program in some of the local middle schools.
Mitch's office is located on the plaza level of the Park Hyatt in Beaver Creek, next to the skating rink.
